Here at Cantley Dental Surgery, we believe that it is our primary responsibility to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of comfort and care. We are committed to continuously improve the quality of our services.

We offer a full range of preventive as well as restorative treatments including tooth coloured fillings, tooth whitening, veneers, crowns, bridges and dentures.

Adults & Children can be seen on NHS or a private basis – can either pay for individual items of treatment or else join one of our low cost monthly payment plans offered through Denplan. We are also able to see children on the NHS.

We are also registered with the Care Quality Commision. All our dental care professionals are registered with the General Dental Council. Our group of dedicated and committed dental professionals are well trained to help and provide tailored treatments to bring you a lifetime of healthy and beautiful smiles.

Information Governance

Access to Dental Records

Patients can have access to their dental records by writing to the Practice Manager. This will incur a charge and you will be informed of these prior to arranging an appointment.

Data Protection

All personal information held by the practice is used solely for the purpose of providing dental treatment. Personal information will not be divulged to any outside authority without the permission of the person concerned.

CCTV

For the purpose of promoting public safety, awareness and crime prevention, our premises are monitored 24/7 by CCTV.

Disabled Access

The Practice has made every attempt to ensure easy access to the building and toilet facilities are available for the disabled.

Patient Responsibilities

We expect patients to treat our staff with the same level of courtesy and respect that we give them.

The practice operates a ‘Zero Tolerance Policy’ and any violent or abusive behavior displayed to any member of our team will result in the immediate removal of your name from the dentist’s list.

Suggestions & Complaints

We do strive to give the type of service our patients would like to receive. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care or experience while visiting the practice, please speak to a member of staff who will try to address your complaint at the time.

If you are still unhappy and wish to make a formal complaint, we have a practice based complaints procedure to follow which you can ask for details of.
